Role and Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to support the Financial Reporting team in daily, weekly and monthly duties that are required for the Optionis Group Ltd. Key areas of responsibility will include:
Completion of weekly KPI’s for two Optionis subsidiaries – ClearSky SME & Brian Alfred
Responsible for posting and reconciling the ClearSky SME bank account.
Calculating Agency rebates
Processing Agency tactical payments through prepaid cards/vouchers
Processing and reconciling monthly Parasol AE pension payments
Processing daily bank payments to TRS clients
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting the Financial Reporting team with the production of monthly management accounts
General finance administration
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Maths and English GCSE
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
AAT studier is desirable
Strong administrative skills with an excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
