As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll primarily be responsible for supporting the Senior Graphic Designer and wider marketing team in all aspects of print and digital design across the brands within the Optionis Group. So, if you have excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills and an understanding of the marketing industry, then we want to hear from you.


The key responsibilities for the role will include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for the design and layout of a variety of outputs including; digital banners, imagery for emails, brochures, leaflets, social posts and web skins.

Assisting the Senior Graphic Designer and Campaign Manager in developing creative concepts for multiple brands.

Responsible for art working and updating design projects developed by the Senior Graphic Designer.

Producing attractive and effective designs for all media.

Being a brand guardian for all brands across the group.

Facilitating design solutions for the Marketing Team across a wide range of projects.

Maintaining best practice design workflows.

Delivering print ready outputs correctly and to specification.


Person Specification


Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills.

Understanding of marketing.

Strong attention to detail.

Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Layout and composition skills.

5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including maths and English.

3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above.



Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.

Motion/video development skills.

Photography skills.

Digital design experience.

Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team.

The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.

Design Degree or equivalent.

At least 1 years’ experience of working or volunteering in a design role.
