The primary purpose of the Marketing Executive is to create and execute on the marketing outputs across both online and offline campaigns, with the primary objective to increase lead conversion.
Support in the development, design and execution of a range of communication campaigns to prospects and existing clients through our marketing automation system Eloqua, with a view to improving the conversion rates within the pipeline
Build communications, customer journey’s and automation campaigns across the Optionis group through both offline and online channels (email marketing, display adverts, SMS and direct mail)
Support the Acquisition Marketing Manager in refining the communication processes to both existing clients and prospects, including clear calls to action, follow-up actions and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities (including refer a friend, Net Promoter and bolt on services)
Support and feed into any leavers campaign processes to help prevent any actions and/or keep the brand front of mind for the future
Develop clear customer profiles and segments to better communicate to our audiences and gain cut through
Regularly report on the success of the campaigns, ensuring that activities are in line with the digital and sales reports plus highlight other key trends
Write engaging and compelling copy that includes a clear call to actions across multiple platforms (Email, Web, SMS & Print)
To work with the Acquisition Marketing Manager in producing and executing timely and effective communication plans for all brands and services
Input on the development of any website updates as required, particularly from a lead nurture point of view and collaborating with the Digital and SEO teams
Work with suppliers to help better understand customer data and conversion optimisation (both on and offline)
Develop monthly outbound communications calendars to share with the wider team
To support the Acquisition Marketing Manager developing and tracking a variety of communications for all brands
To constantly review campaign performances against weekly, monthly and annual targets, taking proactive steps where necessary
To deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
To constantly strive to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
To input on and update the quarterly communications plan – helping to acquire new leads and increase conversion
Past experience in marketing is essential.
Excellent communicator and problem solver, with an analytical approach to decision making
Proficient in executing marketing communications, with evidence of using marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot) & CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM).
Experience in converting interest into leads into clients, utilising marketing communications throughout the process
Strong copywriting skills across all channels. with a keen eye for detail
Technical flair and an instinctive mindset, to produce effective campaigns that stimulate action
A self-motivated individual who can adapt to different situations and satisfy all key stakeholders and third-party providers
Good working knowledge of online tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
Experience of working with HTML/CSS would be desirable
