The Recruitment Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Business Partner in ensuring that the internal recruitment function operates efficiently and provides a high level of service to all departments within the Optionis Group.
Responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
Create and post job advertisements on commercial job boards
Arrange candidate interviews and ensure that appropriate facilities are available
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Contact upcoming starters and ensure that they have everything they need before their employment commences
Manage the recruitment inbox to ensure all applications are recorded and processed
Collaborate with HR to ensure that contracts of employment are accurate and dispatched within set SLAs
Be the point of contact for any internal and referral applications within the Group
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure an up-to-date vacancy list is shared across the Group
Manage relationships between Optionis and local Universities
Attend job fairs and careers events
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters when required
Coordinate assessment centres and support the hiring managers when necessary
Printing, scanning and filing of relevant interview documentation
Demonstrable experience as an Administrator or Coordinator
Previous exposure to recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise several activities simultaneously
Good eye for detail with a high standard of written English
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
